We got a phone call from a young lady in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The young lady was frantic, because she was trying to re-decorate her kitchen when she accidently moved a piece of furniture that damaged several of her ceramic tile flooring. She was surprised when we told her we would send out a floor technician within the hour. When he arrived, he noticed that more than just a couple tiles were broken and damaged. He calmed the young lady down and recommended a quick, but effective repair. He gave her an estimate of replacing the damaged tiles along with grouting, which the lady agreed to. Our technician returned to the home the next morning, then had the ceramic tile repaired by the afternoon. We were able to match the tiles, then match the grout. By the afternoon, our flooring team had our customer’s kitchen put back together with a smile on her face.
