Our customer had just purchased a home in Pittsburgh and the current carpeting was in bad shape. She contacted us and we inspected the carpet. It had pet stains that had damaged the padding and this smell would never leave the home. She went through our hundreds of samples and decided to go with the Mohawk brand. The homeowner also wanted a Berber carpet because she had children, and wanted a carpet that would resist stains, and offer thickness.
We arrived to remove the carpet, then start the new carpet installation. The team had the installation of all the rooms done by early evening. Twin Flooring called the homeowner the following day to see how she liked the look and feel of the carpet, and she said the carpet looks so good. She said she couldn’t wait to move in now that she had new carpet. She let us know that our team did a great job, and thanked us for everything.
