A few weeks back we had a nice woman come in to our store to pick out some new carpet for her home. She told us that she was a “notoriously bad” decision maker and was nervous that the selection process would not work. We showed her a number of different manufacturers, colors and styles. She immediately zeroed in on 3 different carpets that she really liked. After a long discussion, she couldn’t decide. So, we offered to bring the samples out and do a “Shop at Home” appointment. She was thrilled at the idea and we met at her home the next day. Once we were in her home it was much easier for her to choose the carpet and feel good about it. A few days later we had our installing team at her home and she is very pleased with her decision.
